With five bedrooms, five bathrooms, games room and luxury theatre room for our worshops, it's the perfect location.

Somatic Breathwork is a powerful, experiential practice that combines conscious breathing techniques with body awareness to facilitate deep healing, emotional release, and profound self-connection. At its core, Somatic Breathwork helps you access the body's wisdom, unlock trapped emotions, and break through limiting beliefs—empowering you to move toward your highest potential.
During the (2) exclusive sessions at the VIP Retreat for Women in Business, you'll embark on a transformative journey inward that integrates mind, body, and spirit, connecting you to your VISION. Guided by our Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, Sophia Plank, this breathwork will invite you to connect with your inner self, release stress, tension, and mental blocks, and create a profound sense of clarity and empowerment.

Cassandra is known as The Business Savage, a business coach; an international speaker, a top 5% global business podcaster, a retreats host and a true force in the entrepreneurial world.Â
Starting her first business at the age of 19, she scaled it to seven figures, but she didn’t stop there. From breaking into the world of professional sports marketing to building a thriving brick-and-mortar training academy in the beauty industry, Cassandra has transformed herself from an artist into a relentless entrepreneur, combining business strategy with an unstoppable, "savage" spirit.
Today, she leads a global community of high-level entrepreneurs, teaching that true business health starts with a healthy mind. She empowers others to flip their FEARS into FREEDOM, turn their PASSION into PROFITS, and transform their VOICE into undeniable VALUE.
Cassandra works as a Creative Brand Director alongside CEOs, industry leaders, and emerging entrepreneurs, helping them discover their voice, bring their brand to the world, get comfortable on camera, and leave a legacy for beyond their years.Â

MEET SOPHIA
Sophia Plank has worked within the health and wellness world for over a decade, beginning with her Degree in Kinesiology and Fitness and Lifestyle Management. She has worked with and supported a range of professionals from CEOs to professional athletes and everything in between. She currently operates within her business Breath & Body Bliss as a nervous system facilitator and body worker and co-hosts a luxury retreat business curating unique, once in a lifetime experiences.
Sophia was forced to overcome many adversities in her short but very eventful life that guided her into the world of the healing arts and mindset coaching. She offers Somatic Breathwork Journey’s, Spinal Energetics Experiences and Stretch Therapy Sessions. She is obsessed with energy and frequencies and she is passionate about helping others heal through the power and innate wisdom within their own being. Her mission is to elevate consciousness and healing so you can live a more joyful, peaceful and fulfilled life.
Spending the last 5 years studying the body through manual therapy and the energetics of anatomy has provided a profound realization; stored and unprocessed emotions, events and experiences create dis-ease within the body. Rising from a self- sabotaging lifestyle resulting from immense grief and anger, she has understood that ones entire being must be addressed and nurtured in order for us to show up fully in our daily life, our relationships and our business.
Some call her Dr. Stretch, others The Wounded Healer. She has helped thousands of men and women in all walks of life take control of their mind, body and soul by stripping away the inauthentic parts of themselves, connecting to their deepest essence and stepping into their greatness.
